Who delivers, how long it takes, and what it costs.
One basket, several parcels
Each shop packs and sends its own parcel. If you order from three shops you'll get three deliveries, possibly on different days, and you'll be able to track each one separately.
Delivery is charged per shop, because each one is paying its own courier.
How long it takes
Standard courier is usually three to five working days. Express is next working day where the shop offers it.
Food and grocery shops work differently — those are same-day, and often within the hour. You won't be asked to pick a courier for those, because there isn't a choice to make.
Tracking
Every order has a tracking code. Once a driver collects your parcel you can follow it, and you'll get a notification when it's on the way.
