These terms cover using Plazora as a shopper. Sellers agree to a separate agreement when their shop is approved.
What Plazora is
Plazora is a marketplace. The shops listed here are independent businesses — we don't own their stock, set their prices, or pack their parcels.
Your contract for any item is with the shop that sold it. We handle the payment, the platform and the dispute process, and we take a commission on each sale.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it from Security in your account.
You must be 18 or older to buy on Plazora.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT at 15%. Your invoice shows the VAT portion separately.
Delivery is charged per shop, because each one pays its own courier. A basket from three shops carries three delivery charges.
If something goes wrong
Start with the shop, through the return process on your order. If you can't reach agreement, contact us and we'll step in.
Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
