Returns

How to send something back, and what happens next.

Start from the order

Returns are tied to a single item from a single shop, not to your whole basket. If you ordered from four shops, that's four separate parcels packed by four different people — so each one is returned to whoever sent it.

Open the order the item came in, choose the item, and tell us what went wrong.

What happens then

The shop that packed it reviews the request. Most reply within two working days, and you'll get an email either way.

If they accept, you'll get instructions for sending it back. Once it's received, the refund goes to your Plazora credit straight away, or back to your original payment method — that part can take a few working days depending on your bank.

Things that can't be returned

Prepared food, fresh produce past its date, and digital downloads that have already been accessed. If a shop lists something else as non-returnable, it says so on the product page before you buy.
