Your right to return
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return most goods within 7 days of delivery if you've changed your mind, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Return postage in that case is yours.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 6 months, and the shop covers the return cost.
What can't be returned
Prepared food and fresh produce past its date. Digital downloads once accessed. Personalised or made-to-order items.
Anything a shop lists as non-returnable, which must be shown on the product page before you buy.
Refunds
Once the shop receives the item, your refund goes to Plazora credit immediately, or back to your original payment method — which can take a few working days depending on your bank.
